Job Description

This role directs project management services for small projects and programs in both office and retail environments for assigned Jones Lang LaSalle client projects/regions/practices. The position entails working with a diverse group of internal and external Stakeholders at all levels of the organization, and the successful candidate will require strong organizational and time management skills and judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload of multiple ongoing projects.

  • Direct project management activities for small projects and programs according to assigned local, regional, or national assignment.
  • Manages and supports a team of project delivery specialists
  • Serves as a point of escalation for any issues, risks or concerns
  • Ensure complete and accurate reporting including financial reporting and progress reporting on a weekly and monthly basis and as additionally required
  • Manage adherence to financial plan, objectives, key performance indicators, fee allocation and budget
  • Oversee and manage projects through all project phases including planning, design, bidding, permitting, construction management and close-out
  • Oversee capital improvement roll-out programs with design and construction processes at multiple sites through local resources
  • Conduct regular weekly update meetings with client
  • Develop and maintain strong positive client relationships
  • Drive strategic program improvement initiatives that align to client goals and objectives
  • Provide appropriate level of on-site supervision to ensure project performance criteria are being met.
  • Provide supervision, leadership, mentoring and coaching to team members


  • Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or Project Management preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in managing design and construction of multiple projects across a broad geography in a remote and virtual environment.
  • Advanced project management experience managing a variety of project sizes and complexities.
  • Experience leading and running numerous projects simultaneously.

  • Able to maintain confidentiality, utilize judgment, and work with minimal supervision
