Senior Vice President, Workplace Strategies

We are seeking a Senior Vice President for our Workplace Strategy Practice who will be based out of Chicago.

Our SVP will lead Workplace Strategies assignments for a dedicated client team. You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding agreed upon annual revenue goals, including specific sales / business development targets, help target Workplace Strategies clients and proactively promote services, enhance and expand existing Workplace Strategies capabilities and assist in positioning our firm as a leader in Workplace Strategies. You will work alongside other Strategic Consulting practices to drive integrated approaches.

What this job involves:

  • Lead consulting engagements with clients to establish new WS programs or enhance existing programs in order to reduce occupancy costs, attract/retain employees, enhance employee productivity, support change management and culture transformation, etc.
  • Develop and deliver workplace consulting proposals and credentials presentations to secure new business
  • Directly contribute to Strategic Consulting’s financial goals by supporting existing accounts and generating new business
  • Work with consulting team members to continually refine and improve best in class consulting approaches in order to provide clients with best solutions available.
  • Provide internal leadership and contribute to growth and differentiation of firm by developing industry leading WS capabilities and thought leadership; communicate this by authoring articles and speaking at various industry forums and JLL client events.
  • Work synergistically with other Strategic Consulting practices and Corporate Solutions service lines, seeking opportunities for integrated services

  • A Bachelor’s degree, MBA desired
  • 10  years understanding, advising, and implementing effective workplace solutions
  • 12  years understanding, advising, and implementing effective workplace solutions
  • Consulting experience highly preferred
  • Project execution experience, leadership, and client management skills
  • Strong project management capabilities with demonstrated experience in managing budget, team resources, and timetable
  • Established reputation and strong networking abilities
  • Change Agent
  • Ability to promote strategies at senior levels of client companies.
  • Proven ability to handle complex issues, delivering on time and within budget
  • Proven ability to manage multiple assignment and/or initiatives at once
  • Ability to travel and to work virtually with other colleagues
  • High degree of independence, initiative, responsibility, and accountability
