The Opportunity

We’re looking to add an SVP Global Marketing to the Corrigo team. This role is new to our organization, and as such will mean there is plenty of room for a dynamic marketing leader to help define the role, the team and the organization. We’re looking for someone who has a balance of experience and an entreprenurial spirit. We’re looking for someone who’s not afraid of “white space” when it comes to defining a brand, developing a plan and defining a department. We’re looking for someone who has a proven track record, executive presence, and a passion for making change through great storytelling.

This role reports directly to the President of the company, working hand in hand with other leaders in sales, technology and operations. We’re serious about what we do, but we like having fun getting it all done.

Responsibilities for the role include:

  • Developing and executing a marketing and communication strategy, including sales enablement, campaign development, PR management, event concept and coordination, internal communications, and digital marketing.
  • Creating and executing target outreach strategies and programs in the digital space
  • Leading ongoing competitive intelligence gathering and analysis to inform sales/business development messaging.
  • Develop target segmentation and needs, identify new target opportunities
  • Management of marketing budgets, development of dynamic ROI metrics.
  • Building of the marketing team - coaching, leading and developing a team of senior level marketing personnel
  • Contributing as a key part o the Corrigo executive team.


Ability and personality are paramount, but some specific traits, qualifications and experience we’ll value:

  • A sense of accountability – we need a bright, self-starter who possess the ability to work independently and to take initiative to make things happen by influencing and leading peers, executives, and partners.
  • An organizational mindset – proven ability to work on multiple projects with multiple teams simultaneously. Outstanding time management skills are essential.
  • A bridge builder – proven ability to manage projects with teams that may have differing goals.
  • Bright thinker, proven doer – creative thinking with execution skills – flexible, open-minded and adaptable to a rapidly changing environment. Scrappy.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus
  • SaaS experience, professional services and / or technology experience
  • Executive team-level experience
  • Experience in creating programs that drive and support sales and growth goals
  • Experience developing global marketing strategies (we are a multi-national organization).
  • Product and service development and launch experience.
  • Experience managing and mentoring diverse team. Relevant training/coaching areas include marketing strategy, branding, competitive assessment, public relations, media and collateral development
  • Exceptional communication skills
