Job Description

Essential functions

  • Support and work along side Facility Management team learning account and industry standards  
  • Work collaboratively within the facility management team to deliver integrated facility management services across all business lines
  • Assist with overall facility management services 
  • Generate a vision and lead change effort to implement a holistic overhaul of formatting, organization and distribution of process associated with delivery of commercial real estate outsourcing
  • Assist with preparation of client presentations and marketing materials
  • Contribute to special projects in support of process improvement in facilities management
  • Conduct research and contribute to data analysis projects that identify JLL as a thought leader and advisor to our client


  • Current undergraduate or graduate level students in their junior or senior year with a major or concentration in business, real estate or a strong desire to work in the commercial real estate industry
  • Rising juniors and seniors preferred
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Advanced knowledge of SharePoint preferred
  • Corporate and business experience
  • Innovation and strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent client service mindset and attitude
  • Strong customer service and team building skillsets
