About Our Business:
Our Transaction Advisory Services team helps clients strategize, evaluate and execute real estate transactions to meet their business and occupancy needs. Working with local brokers, we assist clients by defining space requirements, identifying suitable alternatives, recommending appropriate occupancy solutions and negotiating lease and ownership terms on their behalf.
Responsibilities:
Our Senior Transaction Analyst will assist in developing strategies and supporting models for complex real estate transactions. You will also support and participate in simple lease acquisitions and dispositions. Additional responsibilities include qualitatively and quantitatively evaluating client building alternatives and lease options. Research companies, landlords, and potential subtenants. Gather and evaluate real estate market and property data; this can include conducting market calls, previewing space opportunities, developing fact sheets and tour books, and gathering photos and floor plans as necessary.
