Executive Facilities

You'll work as a Facility Executive, reporting into the Facilities Manager.

In this varied role, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Ø  Ownership of the day-to-day administration, including reports generation of the stocks tracker.

Ø  Provide assistance to the FM and AFM in managing all administrative functions, security issues and facility services and any other administrative functions as deemed by Client

Ø  Developing and implementing procedures and performance measures to ensure simplification and accuracy of work methods and reliability of FM

Ø  Ensuring an adequate supply of consumables/materials and service for the proper operation of services and enter into supply and service contracts as approved by the client

Ø  Maintain appropriate stock levels of all consumables to ensure smooth operations & escalate in time to achieve availability of stocks.

Ø  Maintain appropriate levels of Petty cash to support FM operations.

Ø  Vendor invoices processing aligned with Client’s finance process.

Ø  Statutory compliance check of all vendor invoices.

Ø  Routinely Inspect all services to ensure performance measures are being maintained

Ø  Effectively manage ECRES to ensure an on time deliverable system

Ø  Set stretch targets for self to achieve maximum team performance

Education and experience

Any Bachelor’s degree.  you’ll need between Two and Four years’ experience in Facility Management. A working knowledge of any major vertical industry will also be very helpful. 

An eye for detail

You’ll have an eye for detail and an ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative information – and translate this into strategic deliverables. 

Great organisational skills

You’ll have great time management and organisational skills, and be good at meeting deadlines in a fast-paced work environment and adapting to your team’s or client’s changing requirements.
