Job Description

Maintain organized and clean pantry areas including wiping down refrigerators, counters and throwing away leftover food

Clean out refrigerators weekly

Wash dishes and cups and organize cabinets where they are stored

Stock all pantry supplies, and coordinate supply needs with mailroom to insure adequate inventory

Maintain, clean and restock all pantry equipment, coffee and vending machines

Communicate repair and servicing needs of pantry equipment to facilities manager

Work with facilities specialists to collect and dispose of trash

Assist TSM’s with setting up and cleaning up of catered meals

Assist in set-up and breakdown of conference rooms when necessary

Provide additional cleaning services such as dusting furniture, wiping down walls and glass and breaking down boxes

Perform other assignments as necessary

Overtime may be required
