Job Description

We are searching for a Project Manager to manage multiple architectural and engineering infrastructure type capital projects from $75k to $10M in scale. A successful candidate will be part of a team of 8 dedicated to commercial and critical systems capital projects in the Wilmington, Delaware area for a large financial institution with Headquarters in NYC. Experience is required in leading and managing projects through all phases and have experience managing Client expectations and deliverables.


o   Will assist in capital planning for architectural and engineering infrastructure-type projects for Client properties in the Northeast

o   Proficient at manage infrastructure projects ranging between $100k and $5M for a large financial institution at various sites

o   Can work independently to drive projects from inception through closeout

o   Develop and manage project schedules through all phases

o   Understand and interpret construction documents

o   Ability to understand and foresee how each project may impact the operation of the facilities and develop strategies to mitigate risks to safety and clients business operations

o   A technical understanding of MEP infrastructure projects

o   Prepare project updates and report to team lead

o   Prepare cost estimates and budgets including soft and hard costs

o   Ability to independently manage, lead and evaluate teams of consultants and contractors to deliver projects on schedule and within budget

o   Provide appropriate level of on-site inspections and supervision to ensure project performance and criteria are being met

o   Develop and maintain client relationships and assist in conflict resolution

o   Ability to resolve project issues independently and escalate to management 

o   Contribute to process improvements to benefit the delivery and quality or work

o   Flexibility to learn and adhere to governing policies and procedures

o   Architectural or engineering degree and license preferred
