Job Description

Marketing – approximately 65% of time

  • Graphic Design of OMs, Proposals, Brochures, Flyers, E-Teasers using Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, PowerPoint, etc. Fluency with appropriate software is mandatory.
  • Vendor Management – solicit proposals, provide directions, manage schedules of third party vendors such as photographer, printer, and others.
  • Manage online datarooms as well as key client and distribution lists, including updates to contact information.
  • Create mass email campaigns via InfusionSoft, CapForce, Exact Target, CRM, etc.
  • Assist team with preparing and updating client-specific reports.

Administrative – approximately 35% of time

  • Manage internal JLL reporting including Caplink, Dealshelp, CapForce, Dealio systems and other ad hoc reporting.
  • Work with appropriate contact to maintain intranet/extranet sites for client and property purposes.
  • Plan and coordinate industry functions and client entertainment events, either directly or in conjunction with marketing department.
  • Contact internal and external resources for information.
  • Calendar and Travel Management, including scheduling appointments and travel arrangements
  • Event management – schedule client events, order lucites, send Christmas gifts
  • Process expense reports, pay invoices, ship marketing materials
  • Filing documents, mostly electronically on Box
  • Proof reading documents for basic grammatical, spelling, formatting errors
  • Gather notes from Brokers and insert into client reports


Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience

Years of Relevant Experience

3+ years in marketing/administrative


Adobe Creative Cloud / InDesign Suite Strong verbal and written communication skills Organization, Planning, Attention to Detail Ability to work in fast paced environment Time Management
