Job Description

General Duties:

You will be responsible for performing certain duties commensurate with the nature of the Position, such duties shall include but not necessarily be limited to the following:

  • Contribute to ongoing professional business development activities.
  • Provide a professional level of real estate based advisory and transactional services to clients (if applicable).
  • Contribute to the Company achieving its gross revenue and net operating income objectives.
  • Contribute to the general business development efforts of the Company by representing the company.
  • Contribute expertise in a team-based work setting to various business opportunities conducted by other Company employees.
  • Constantly maintain an active inventory of “deals in progress” through ongoing client marketing and deal generation activities (if applicable).
  • Contribute to the control of operating expenses (if applicable).

Specific Duties:

In particular, you will be responsible for carrying out the following duties specific to your Position:


  • Ability to lead large, diverse teams managing through influence
  • Provide leadership and direction as it relates to integration with
  • Demonstrate the ability to create a solution oriented environment whereby the PMO is consistently seeking to identify leading edge project management practices focused on delivering value to the client while working within the process requirements of the account and JLL.

Relationship Management/Client Service

  • Maintain strong working relationships with key RBC clients in your discipline in order to serve as a positive reference for future business proposals.  Participate in one formal VOC review and assist in creation/execution of an action plan.  Drive the “Trusted Advisory” culture throughout all levels of the team.  Provide specific examples quarterly.
  • Fully support the Program Director and is aligned with the Project Management and Account Business Plans. As such, your team will fully align with the Client’s programs and initiatives and identify opportunities for improving processes and deliverables. Ensure your team is driving and supporting all new and existing programs initiated nationally.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with Corporate Project Management leadership on and off the Client Account.
  • Ensure accurate data is provided to support resource models and align skill sets with work assignments and balance project workload within team.
  • Prepare regular reporting and escalate risk in an efficient and timely manner.

Six Sigma/Key Performance Indicators (KPI)/Price of Admission metrics (POA) 

  • Promote High Performance culture by creating opportunities for involvement in activities including Six Sigma, Peer Reviews, or Idea Sharing. 
  • Manage project team scorecard to Green Status: Be familiar with JLL contract requirements and manage the PMO to deliver an exceeding score on all contract KPI’s.  The metrics will change annually or more frequently and as such the team needs to be familiarized with new processes and approaches to deliver the required results.
  • Drive the achievement of the JLL initiatives and strategies designed to bring long terms benefit to the company and the account.  Hold yourself and the team accountable to achieving the designated goals.

Budget Management

  • Proactively manage and ensure team meets or comes under target for proforma expenses.
  • Manage Project Capital and Expense plan assigned to the JLL Project Team.

Strategy Development/Execution

  • Take ownership of a component of the business plan.  Develop objectives/desired results and work with other managers to achieve completion.
