Job Description

The part-time bookkeeper will support the accountant on-site at the managed property. Duties include:

  • Entering all cash receipts for rent collected into the accounting system
  • Reconciling the cash log to the general ledger
  • Monitoring tenant accounts for delinquency and preparing the monthly Delinquency Tracking Report
  • Preparing tenant ACH and credit card payments
  • Preparing wire transfers
  • Processing AP invoices
  • Preparing and entering manual billing adjustments
  • Maintaining and uploading monthly tenant sales into the system, and then distributing the sales reports to the team
  • E-mailing tenants their monthly rental invoices
