Job Description


We are seeking two (2) full-time Chicago-based paralegals.  Each candidate should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience.  The positions will assist in the preparation, administration, and review of documents including subordination agreements, commission agreements, listing agreements and property management agreements.  Other responsibilities will include assisting regional counsel with general operational issues that may arise, including with respect to the leasing and management of properties, as well as providing assistance in the tracking of real estate licenses for the company’s brokers, addressing any licensing compliance questions, preparing and compiling form agreements, and generally supporting a team of eight (8) regional counsel.  

Each candidate must be a hardworking self-starter with excellent attention to detail and communication and organizational skills.
