Objective of Role: 

JLL Markets Leadership is currently seeking an Operations Coordinator to support JLL’s employee-occupied real estate strategy as well as other key operational priorities.


  • Support CRE executive to drive our next-generation CRE strategy as we implement, operationalize and bring to life the Future of Work
  • Perform administrative and support functions/activities including calendar management, travel arrangements and expense reporting
  • Support advancement of Lease Administration priorities, including assistance with data assessment and optimization strategies.
  • Work with team members to identify and respond to any financial or budgeting related issues in the management of the portfolio.
  • Prepare marketing materials and all internal presentations for key stakeholders.  Provide logistics support for meetings, events and programs.
  • Support the advancement of multiple other Markets operational priorities including training, digital and organizational design initiatives.  Identify and implement new processes to drive efficiencies and elevate services that corporate functions deliver within the Markets business.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage/transaction environment.  Focus within the office sector a plus.
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in current Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) with the capability to master company specific software and databases.
