Job Description

Sales Enablement is a vital function to the success of the overall business. The Manager, Sales Training, Communications and Analytics will be a key interface to the sales organization, responsible for developing and delivering sales communications and trainings to ensure marketing campaigns, product launches, etc. are used by reps to improve buyer engagements. They will be accountable for the adoption of the sales asset management (SAM) platform by developing relevant training to drive sales adoption, determining and communicating the tangible “seller” benefits, and reviewing analytics to determine ongoing improvement and gap opportunities.

What this job involves:


•    Work closely with the content team to develop governance process for sales content and clearly defined roles & responsibilities to ensure ongoing effectiveness (governance process, tagging, posting rules, refresh & accuracy, clean up)
•    Lead the user acceptance and global launch of the new sales enablement platform. Work with Content Systems Manager to ensure an intuitive design based on sales feedback and continuous improvement. May include region tweaks to support local market needs.
•    Through the user acceptance work, refine the sales asset management platform value proposition to become a key tenant of the change management, training and rollout communications strategy
•    Responsible for sales communication and training on new marketing campaigns, product launches, etc. developed in partnership with related marketing functional team. Ongoing development and execution of programs to drive adoption and improve user satisfaction and accelerate benefit realization.
•    Ensure tool design and asset creation is relevant to sellers by providing ongoing feedback to marketing partners. Be a key advocate and voice to marketing on seller needs including what is working and what is not.  
•    Develop feedback mechanism and scorecard to share with marketing (content, field and product marketing) and highlight sales asset opportunities based on analytics and field input 
•    Regularly spend time with sales to understand the “field reality” and partner with marketing team to build sales enablement deliverables to meet their needs.
•    Benchmark other organizations to ensure sales enablement best practices.

•    BS/BA Required. Masters or MBA degree desirable.
•    Five to 7 years of sales/ sales enablement experience with global high tech B2B organization.
•    Experience serving, collaborating with and influencing others especially sales leadership.
•    Project management experience, including the rollout of sales and marketing technology and programs using change management and continuous improvement strategies.
•    Demonstrated experience of stakeholder management and “complex initiative” champion techniques.
•    Deep understanding of sales, sales process, pipeline management and proven examples of strategies and initiatives to drive efficiency and effectives as well as improving client conversations. 
•    Experienced marketing partner with understanding with content marketing, portfolio marketing and marketing operations best practices
•    Ability to translate data to key stakeholders to drive improvement opportunities from strategy to execution.
Skills 
•    A passion for the profession of sales. Familiarity with the Miller-Heiman sales methodology is a plus.
•    Experience with CRM and sales enablement platforms. Microsoft Dynamics and Seismic are preferred. 
•    Demonstrated experience rolling out sales enablement initiatives, including lean techniques and change management.
•    Facilitation skills, with demonstrated self-confidence and an ability to adapt content and conversations to meet the needs of your audience
•    Experience creating and tracking metrics to demonstrate productivity improvements and or highlight needed gaps. 
•    Ability to navigate culture and politics across multiple functions and create winning solutions through influence. Able to identify and use resources outside direct reporting structure.
•    Desire for continuous improvement. Creative thinking, problem solving and the ability to innovate. Ability to translate quantitative data into actionable recommendations for marketing and sales teams.
•    Have a deep understanding of the various roles, competencies and responsibilities required to successfully execute a sales strategy – and can translate that into unique and prioritized initiatives for JLL.
•    Self-starter who demonstrates a sense of urgency and accountability
•    Collaborative, goal oriented and able to solve problems/ meet goals in creative ways with limited resources
