Job Description

  • Manage all respective Facility Operations at the designated site as per Contract
  • Hands-on mechanical experience and solid knowledge of building systems equipment and maintenance
  • Develop strong and favorable relationships with all Client contacts
  • Develop relationships with consultants/contractors/vendors and evaluate their performance
  • Process Management
    • Maintain excellent “safety” rating
    • Develop, track and implement energy conservation initiatives, document savings
    • Measure and manage client feedback, written and verbal
    • Ensure project completion is on-time and on-budget
  • Compliance
    • Life Cycle Asset Maintenance – ensure all critical equipment vendor PM’s are completed as per schedule
    • Ensure all PMs are completed “on-time” – Critical PMs (life safety, USP, Generators, etc.) maintain 100% KPI
    • Ensure compliance of all related Client and JLL training, reporting and audit requirements
    • Ensure all safety, environmental, and standards are

strictly adhered to within managed facilities

  • Ensure compliance with all Codes; State, Federal, local, other
  • Manage small, ground-up projects including programming, design, entitlements, bidding, permitting, and construction management
  • Provide appropriate level of on-site supervision to ensure project performance criteria are being met.
  • Oversee capital improvement/asset preservation programs with design and construction processes at multiple sites through local resources
  • Develop and manage and develop Operating and Project budgets. Provide forecasting, variance analysis and cash flow analysis
