Job Description

Respond to customer requests
Completes reactive building calls as assigned
Respond to tenant requests and emergencies

Complete tenant requests via in-house work order system
Supervise contractors working at the facility

Performs Preventive Maintenance work orders or any work as assigned

Perform work in a neat, orderly, professional manner
Maintain clean work areas, tools and facility shop
Responds to weather related circumstances, which may typically require the removal of snow, debris, etc.
Work closely with the client & direct customer interface at times
Assist other team member with duties
Ability to be on-call as required 24/7 to address requests

Perform rounds and equipment inspections
