Job Description

Relationship Management

  • Act as primary point of contact for the Americas HR and Legal functions
  • Develop and manage relationships with key BSU stakeholders including top leadership.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of account service delivery processes and related business functions
  • Partner with BSU’s to help navigate IT administration and processes
  • Partner with IT product managers to understand how technology is being used by business users and clients, best practices, and identify opportunities

Strategy and Planning

  • Partner with HR and Legal leadership to define IT strategy and manage alignment with account development and service delivery strategy
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of JLL technology that supports the corporate function
  • Develop and manage technology roadmap for JLL and client technology for the corporate function
  • Apply information learned from IT product managers to overall corporate function technology strategy to ensure strategic alignment of technology initiatives

Business Analysis

  • Create initial project proposals, project charters, and statements of work for corporate function
  • Document business needs and identify appropriate technology solutions
  • Define and document business and functional requirements and assist in defining technical requirements
  • Assist HR and Legal in defining data management and knowledge management strategies and processes

Project and Product Management

  • Manage corporate function IT projects
  • Work with IT product managers to ensure account- and client-specific needs are part of long-term product roadmaps and strategies
  • Participate in business-led change management processes
