Account Team Summer Intern Job Description

Position Overview:

We are currently looking for a summer intern to work on a corporate client account.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to learn more about the different real estate roles of transaction management, lease administration, and exposure to the real estate documentation and processes. This person will be exposed to working within a client environment on a fast-paced, talented team.

We are seeking a candidate who knows how to take the initiative, is energetic, motivated and professional. The candidate should be proficient in their computer software skills, detail-oriented, and able to resolve problems on his/her own and make informed decisions. 


  • Assist team members with various day-to-day account team and client requests
  • Use proprietary software as well as the Microsoft Office suite
  • Assist with hardcopy and softcopy document management
  • Assist with meeting set-up and participate as require (including some note taking)
  • Assist team analysts as required with transaction documentation
  • Participate in weekly team meetings
  • Utilizing company systems to conduct research and clean-up projects
