Job Responsibilities

  • Safety Talk
  • Standardized work dissemination
  • Business Plan Deployment (BPD) review
  • Visit areas cleaned – determine if standards are met – follow Method of Process (MOP)
  • Track overtime hours offered to each housekeeper following the MOP for Equalization of Hours (EOH)
  • Track hours worked / missed daily and communicate to Program Manager
  • Complete Preventative Maintenance (PM’s) – meet client completion requirements
  • Track Help Desk Work Orders and follow up with customer requests
  • With Team Members – Time spent on the floor directly Supervising team members / Process checks – verifying team members are safely following procedure – PPE is donned – In their assigned work area – etc.
  • With Customers – Time spent on the floor following up with customer requests / feedback / etc.
  • With Client – End of Shift (EOS) reports – Clearly presenting sound data
  • With Manager / Management Team – Clearly presenting sound data and engaging other team members when assistance is needed
  • Any and all other duties and tasks assigned.
