Job Description


  • The Facilities Manager reports to the JLL Regional Facilities Manager.
  • Primary focus is operational execution consistent with customer expectations, and JLL business objectives, while serving as the Lead FM for the Site.
  • Oversees site operations, manages safety, quality, staffing and provides financial support in a warehousing environment.
  • Ensures client satisfaction with client Facility Management by providing a seamless interface into client organization and demonstrates leadership, responsiveness and innovation in driving quality and cost savings in a safe working environment.
  • Development and management of the expense budgets while delivering monthly/quarterly variance reporting on all operating budgets for the property on a timely basis.
  • Responsible for the site management plan, including alignment with support of KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) as identified by client.
  • Supports JLL Regional Facilities Manager to deliver the monthly/quarterly/annual reporting appropriate for the client, including Financials, KPIs and Site Highlights as well as savings initiatives.
  • Manages third-party suppliers, preferred vendors/contractors.
  • Supports the development of innovative programs, processes and procedures that reduce short- and long-term operating costs and increase productivity. 
  • Monitors customer satisfaction in area(s) of responsibility and takes steps to identify and resolve sub-standard or negative Customer Satisfaction survey results.
  • Develop and maintain a high performance team utilizing HR and other tools for hiring, talent and succession planning, and development planning.
  • Manage the staffing, development, performance and outcomes of assigned team reporting to the position.
  • Ensures performance reviews and other HR procedures and duties for line staff are conducted according to policy, i.e. submission of compensation (base salary, bonus, merit increases, promotions) for review and approval.


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management.
  • Minimum of 4 years industry experience required
  • Strong organizational and management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proven ability to provide direction to staff.
  • Computer proficiency a must
