  • Manage day-to-day SAP Workflow process by entering internal customer work orders (electronic workflows) into the SAP Plant Maintenance computer system.
  •  Coordinate daily SAP Workflow priority entries with facilities maintenance management staff, so that pending workflows are entered / managed in the correct sequence.
  •  Attend and complete as required SAP Plant Maintenance Training.
  •  Keep SAP Workflows organized and completed as required to meet day-to-day business demand.
  • Assist the facilities department with entering procurement requisitions (P.O. request for parts/material and services).
  •  Attend and complete as required SAP Procurement Requisition Training.
  •  Enter JLL and facilities related turnbacks into the ACE QCPC tracker (entering tunback data into excel tracker).
  •  Attend and complete as required ACE QCPC Training.
  •  Conduct all business in accordance to UTC/UTAS business ethics and EH&S / Safety Policies and Procedures.
  •  Complete as required Business Ethics, EH&S / Safety Training (contractor safety training program).


  •  Good communications skills, professional work ethics, computer skills (Microsoft Applications, Word, Excel and Power Point). Experienced with computerized business systems – processing / entering work orders and procurement requests.
