Job Description

Position Summary:

  • Works as part of the Project Team, assisting with program management and the development of scope and schedule for additional project work.
  • Provide superior client service.

Essential Functions:

  • Support Senior Project Manager on program management and coordinate annual prioritization meetings to assure all client needs are being met.
  • Proactively manage project-related issues on account.
  • Manage engineering consultants on drawing updates and project scope descriptions, track their progress, and manage invoicing.
  • Manage construction managers on cost estimation.
  • Develop scope and schedule for assigned projects.
  • Conduct and document meetings.
  • Coordinate and track Vendor RFP’s.  Maintain accurate and consistent electronic files and documentation.
  • Prepare/update project status reports, update tracking reports and maintain files for due diligence and financials.
  • Demonstrate a proactive focus on meeting client and project requirements in a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to manage vendors and consultants.
  • Familiarity with engineering drawings is a plus.
  • Highly organized with strong analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with executive level external and internal clients.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to identify and manage priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Ability to multi-task and work both in a team and independently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
