Client Finance Transformation Lead – Chicago, IL

We are currently seeking a Transformation Leader to join our Corporate Solutions Client Finance team to support the fast growth of the firm (organic and through acquisitions), address business and client requirements, and gain efficiency by enhancing and optimizing our financial services platform. This role will liaise with Account & Region Finance Directors, the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) and Client Finance Senior Leadership Teams, and our Advisory Council. The successful candidate will have background and experience in finance transformation with a sound understanding of financial processes and technology. This role is for a senior individual with the ability to build relationships and to drive change throughout JLL. 

What this job involves:

  • Serves as key liaison to Account & Region Finance Directors, the IFM Client Finance Senior Leadership Team, and Advisory Council for finance transformation
  • Responsible for communicating committed deliverables and delivery plan
  • Day-to-day management of client finance transformation activities and leads teams focusing on deployment and process optimization
  • Troubleshoots/escalates initiative issues to resolution
  • Updates Transformation Management Office (TMO) regularly on program progress, issues, lessons learned and best practices
  • Collaborate and work with Change Management to develop change management plans including audience assessment and communications
  • Develops KPIs, escalation paths and revised communication paths

  • Minimum 10+ years of Accounting/Finance experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance required; advanced degree and certifications preferred
  • Ability to understand the vision of client finance and then successfully translate that vision into executable steps to transform finance
  • Ability to see big picture and lead teams effectively through change
  • Flexibility and adaptability; ability to work in ambiguous situations
  • The ability to interact and communicate with a diverse set of stakeholders at multiple levels within the organization
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Up to 25% travel required
