Job Description

The JLL CAD-CAFM Administrator will provide services related to the implementation, maintenance and upkeep of GSST AutoCAD drawings and related facilities and real estate data on-site at Facebook HQ in Menlo Park.

 Examples of requirements may include:

  • Excellent organization and project management skills are required along with ability to focus on process and coordination between multiple teams.
  •  Document and provide detailed design of security equipment layouts for new and existing offices, data centers, and site parking plans globally.
  •  Security As-Built acceptance from vendors and integrators ensuring they have met Facebook standards and requirements.
  • Partner with Technical Project Managers (TPM) to create security design, placement and final as-built drawings to meet Facebook Security Quality Assurance standards and requirements.
  • Form strong partnerships with client TPM and subject matter experts for project assistance and consultation.
  • This includes new construction projects, MAC (Moves, Adds, Changes), Proof of Concepts, Special projects designs, etc.
  • Strong document management background required to manage and maintain the Security Drawings repository for the Global Security team. Security Document management.  Ability to utilize different tools and avenues to secure required floor plans for new projects.
  • Partner with the GSST Quality assurance team to develop, implement and enforce security design standards.
  • Partner with Global Security, Facilities and CAFM teams to develop processes and procedures to streamline and optimize security designs to align with evolving Facebook construction and facilities standards globally.
  • Ability to consider client requests, develop options and recommend realistic solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and develop new best practices.
  • Develop and maintain run book(s) and other relevant training documentation around the role/responsibilities of the GSST CAD/CAFM Administrator.
  • Assist in conducting building audits to verify that employee locations, furniture layout and room configurations are correctly noted on floor plans.
  • Draw polylines in accordance with the selected space measurement protocols as communicated by client (BOMA, IFMA etc.) for gross floor areas and internal spaces (rooms). 
  • Coordinate with users for CAD/CAFM team to receive updates from planning, work orders and design and construction.
  • Upload/integrate drawing data into CAD/CAFM system.
  • Update and maintain p-line drawings, space data and occupancy data based on move information and project information provided by client.
  • Participation in Client and Internal project review meetings.
  • Actively participate in Quality Assurance Testing.
  • Client-specific requirements, including particular software, systems, and processes.
  • Apply data and metrics that are important to client and JLL’s success; gather and track accordingly.
  • Apply building construction processes, plans and related documentation for compliance.
  • Revit experience a plus.
