What this job involves

Working in prime waterfront offices you will be provided with valuable on-the-job training in a supportive and collaborative working environment. Your role will be supporting the City and Fringe Sales and Leasing team, as well as the wider Agency business, with deal contracts and paperwork, listings and marketing support, and general administration tasks to ensure all processes are running smoothly and kept up-to-date. This will involve taking ownership of your role, setting up new systems, re-defining old systems, updating information, and generating relationships with all agents, to ensure smooth internal and external communication and generally assisting the team in their business growth and generation.  This is a full-time role and ideally you will have a couple of years’ experience in a similar role.
