Job Description

Marketing responsibilities:

  • Partner with designer to create marketing materials for client meetings such as market overviews, placemats and presentations
  • Partner with designer to ensure team’s branding, events and social media outlets are active
  • Prepare market surveys, tour books, aerials, location and amenity maps
  • Partner with marketing team to respond to large RFP’s by gathering broker content
  • Manage brokers bio/resumes, team’s client events, case studies, and property marketing
  • Utilize JLL brand guidelines to create and execute materials

Operational responsibilities:

  • Partner with team’s Research analyst to ensure market intel is up-to-date and accurate
  • Partner with Operations Coordinator to ensure team’s proprietary transaction information is accurate
  • Manage process of team’s clients, properties, prospects and reporting are accurate
  • Support the teams in utilizing salesforce software’s with accurate data and relationship management
  • Provide team’s content for all sales meetings

Administrative responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to teams of sales brokers including:
    • photocopying, mailing and scanning documents
    • preparing for client meetings by booking conference rooms, ordering food, adding guests to security
    • respond to broker’s IT requests with laptops and iPhones
    • type letter and edit RFP’s, activity reports and proposals
    • arrange broker travel
    • respond to one-off requests
  • Provide back-up support to fellow Brokerage Assistants and fellow Operations team members.


Qualifications and core competencies:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience
  • Minimum 1 year professional experience preferred industry; real estate/marketing/accounting/finance.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe)
  • Knowledge of InDesign a plus
  • Professional demeanor; articulate, proven communication skills 
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Self-motivated; results driven self-starter, proven ability to take initiative to exceed goals and expectations
  • Time management; ability to multi-task, effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
  • Team player; must have ability to work with senior Ops member on team
  • High attention to detail and proactive in following-up
  • Ability to work in an un-structured environment; easily adapt to change, can shift gears comfortably, can work effectively to find solutions on their own
  • Demonstrated interest in the commercial real estate industry
