Job Description

  • SUMMARY
    The Capital Markets Group (CMG) provides advisory and brokerage services to institutions, public companies, fund managers, financial institutions, and developers.  Role is responsible for the analysis, due diligence, marketing and closing of various types of real estate transactions and property types (e.g., Office, Retail, Industrial, Multifamily)
     
    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
    FINANCIAL ANALYSIS

    • Perform complex financial analyses
    • Analyze cash flow projections
    • Create ARGUS valuation models

     
    PITCH MATERIALS

    • Responsible for assisting with the creation of pitch and presentation materials for new business pursuits

     
    OFFERING MEMORANDA

    • Prepare details of sophisticated Offering Materials

     
    RESEARCH

    • Gather and evaluate economic, demographic and real estate market data for input into client deliverables and valuation models

     
    DUE DILIGENCE

    • Manage the due diligence and closing process for complex financing transactions

     
    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 1 – 2 years of relevant experience

     
    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

    • Financial modeling, EXCEL
    • ARGUS, preferred
