Job Description

New Business/Existing Client Support:

  • Have direct contact with some client prospects & brokers for requests and updates. Take messages and provide assistance when the broker team is unavailable.
  • Develop and maintain target lists for new business development
  • Drafting requests for proposals, reports, and presentations
  • Reviewing lease documents and writing lease summaries/abstracts
  • Support the team in utilizing client relationship management software programs within JLL
  • Provide research (prospect, client, etc.) via online, offline and third-party resources and provide industry-related news, as needed
  • Partner with research & marketing departments to develop and package information that is relevant to client needs
  • Coordinate with project management, research, accounting and lease administration teams on client needs
  • Assist and participate as needed for industry functions or client events

Brokerage Administration:

  • Coordinate and attend meetings – record, type, and distribute minutes as needed.
  • Create and maintain client activity lists over various reporting platforms
  • Act as gatekeeper for broker team as it pertains to phone calls and emails. Be able to take client calls and provide meaningful responses for question resolution.
  • Heavy calendar management for assigned brokerage team.
  • Provide support to the broker team in the utilization of technology applications
  • Lease documentation coordination for portfolios
  • Produce timely and accurate word-processed documents (reports, memos, proposals, charts, agreements, PowerPoint presentations, etc.
  • Manage the process of information distribution, list updates and activity reporting.
  • Assist team with preparing and updating client specific reports

Transaction Support:

  • Gather and evaluate real estate market and property data. Complete surveys and business cases.
  • Work closely with brokers to communicate thoughtful viable solutions to complex client-driven requirements
  • Tour client & prospects as needed
  • Ability to transact small client assignments with local broker team's guidance and input

  • Ability to establish trust and credibility, be a team player

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • NC Real Estate License
  • 3+ years in a commercial real estate related support role
  • Project Management skills
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and InDesign)
