Job Description

As a London Technology Support Manager (LTSM) within JLL you will be responsible for delivering and supporting the latest technology while maintaining a high level of reliability to our staff. To be successful, this person must show initiative, be motivated by technology and customer service and have the greatest attention to detail. Excellent communication skills are required and frequently utilised in this position.

The LTSM will be responsible for 2nd Line Technology Support in all JLL London offices. As such, the LTSM will report directly to the UK Head of Technology Support. The primary role of the LTSM will focus upon the day to day management of the London Technical Support team, circa 7 to 10 engineers, their performance and their development both as a team and as individuals.
