Job Description

  • Greeting the clients and guests and guiding them appropriately.  
  • Receive & log calls/complaints/requests from clients/customers/tenants etc into the Servimax.
  • Handle Servimax Efficiently and Effectively.
  • Forwarding on reactive calls to shift engineers.
  • Issue job cards.
  • Inputting weekly timesheets from Engineers
  • Answering queries from the tenants
  • Liaising frequently with tenants
  • Maintaining the ongoing works schedule
  • Filing of paperwork
  • Taking/Producing Minutes of Weekly and Monthly Meetings
  • Daily operations of the “Help Desk” function including delivery, problem escalation/resolution.
  • Maintenance and monitoring of network resources such as Printers, Fax Machines and other office equipment’s is required
  • Handling, Raising & Forwarding flat owner's complaints to the designated department
  • Maintaining the complaint tracker on daily basis.                                             
  • Updating daily MIS & forwarding to the client.                                  
  • Attending the CRM meeting with the client for review on daily complaints from flats  
  • Preparing & Forwarding the DMR/Site attendance daily to client.                 
  • Giving the complete information about the complaint to the client.                
  • Keeping track of staff movements in and out of the property.                        
  • Sending and receiving mails, and responding to the mails of the residents as well as the clients.                                                                                                                            
  • Responding to the queries of the resident and complaints on calls
  • Calling the residents back and asking for their feedback.                               
  • Maintaining the vendor staff attendance.                                                           
  • Looking after the cleaning of the Housekeeping in the Tower                       
  • Maintaining the housekeeping checklist.
  • Maintaining the records of the stationery & housekeeping store.
