Job Responsibilities

Lead client and internal performance meetings

  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies.
  • Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.
  • Letting customers know about other products the company offers.
  • Achieving client relationship targets and KPI’s.

Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.

  • Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues.
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.

Lead business process improvement initiatives

  • Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects.
  • Decide on suitable strategies and objectives for the platform.
  • Coordinate cross-project activities.
  • Apply change, risk and resource management.
  • CMMS SME able to recommend solutions for non-standard operations.
  • Resolve projects’ higher scope issues responsible for partnering with internal clients in the development of a strategy for their respective organizations.
  • Responsibilities include implementing measures around productivity, innovation, cost efficiencies, source of resource utilization and overall alignment with organization's broader re-engineering goals.

Support client transition with business process expertise

  • Ensure client transitions are successful
  • Ensure systems are set up appropriately
  • Provide alternative solutions to complex start up issues.

Support client CMMS optimization

  • Use SME to recommend and implement client processes that will be optimized for mobile engineering technician use.
